Shipping

Orders placed by noon CDT may ship the same day; however, during peak seasons, please allow up to 3 business days for processing. A tracking number will be provided upon the departure of your order.

Returns 

Returns must be authorized by foveō. If you would like to submit a return, email customerservice@shopfoveo.com with the following information to get started:

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt of order and items must be unworn, without damage and with tags attached to be eligible. Upon receipt and authorization of the return, customers will receive a shipping label. Please ship the return within 7 days of receipt of the label. Return shipping fees are at the expense of the customer and the cost will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Dependent on your financial institution, please allow up to 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

Purchased items can be exchanged for an alternative size. If you would like to exchange your item(s), email customerservice@shopfoveo.com with the following information:

Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receipt of your order and items must be unworn, free of damage and have tags attached to be eligible. Exchanges are dependent upon the requested item’s availability. Upon approval of the exchange, customers will be provided with a complimentary shipping label. Please ship the item within 7 days of receipt of the label. Customers are welcome to purchase the desired item separately at shopfoveo.com.

Taxes

Taxes are calculated according to your shipping destination.

Defected Merchandise and Erroneous Orders

If you suspect an item in your order to be defective or experience an error with your order, such as receiving the wrong size or style, please email customerservice@shopfoveo.com to begin the return process.

Please also include detailed pictures of the defected merchandise.

Defection is at the discretion of shopfoveō.com. Please note that colors may vary between product images and the physical item due to technological variances in screen quality. If foveō deems the merchandise defective or packaged in error, a full refund may be provided and will be processed to the customer upon return of the order. Please ship the return within 7 days of receipt of return confirmation. Dependent on your financial institution, please allow up to 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
